Gala Day at Disneyland, a documentary, was released on January 21, 1960. Produced by Walt Disney Productions and distributed by Buena Vista Film Distribution. 

Gala Day at Disneyland is a short documentary filmed in the summer of 1959. It highlights the dedication ceremonies of three new major attractions at Disneyland, Matterhorn Bobsleds, Submarine Voyage and the Monorail. Also included was a parade down Main Street, U.S.A. with appearances by Walt and Roy Disney, along with Vice President Richard Nixon and family, and numerous film and television stars. The night with a fireworks display.
