Mickey's Man Friday
, a Walt Disney Mickey Mouse cartoon short, was released on January 19, 1935. Produced by Walt Disney Productions and distributed by United Artists. Loosely based on "Robinson Crusoe" by Daniel Defoe.

Mickey Mouse is shipwrecked on an island where he discovers a tribe of cannibals. He scares them away and rescues one of the tribesmen that about to be cooked. Mickey names him "Friday", and together they build a fort rigged with booby traps. The tribe returns and attacks the fort with Mickey and Friday escaping the island on a boat. 

The short was released on December 7, 2004, on Walt Disney Treasures: Mickey Mouse in Black and White, Volume 2
